RENTING SPACES AT THE ARTSCENTER
The ArtsCenter's theater, practice spaces, dance and art studios and galleries are available for your special event. We love hosting wedding receptions, family reunions, holiday parties, birthday parties of all ages, batmitzvahs, quinceañeras, memorial services, business meetings, seminars, rehearsals, and performances.
Rates for all rooms: $95 per hour ($75 per hour for non-profits and schools). **NEW SPECIAL MONDAY AND TUESDAY RATE: $55 PER HOUR ($35 NON-PROFITS AND SCHOOLS).
Discounted rates are alsoavailable for lengthy or long-term rentals. Sound and light technicians, bartenders and other services are available at additional charge. When you reset and clean room to how you found it, you get that money back before you leave that night.

We provide a House Manager for the duration of your event, to answer any questions and there are hundreds of free parking spaces right outside our door. We can recommend a caterer, provide bands/DJs of all genres and for all budgets! Local brews and a variety of wine selections are featured in bar and concession area. You're also welcome to bring in your own food, beer and wine.
Earl and Rhoda Wynn Theater: This large theater is approximately 6000 square feet. 355 seated, without tables, 75 seated at tables. It features a 32'x28' thrust stage, triangular 40'x30' dance floor, full P.A. and permanently mounted 12x12' film screen--perfect for telling the story of how a couple celebrating their 50th anniversary fell in love. 250 chairs, 11 round, black café tables, no long folding tables.
West End: This is a multipurpose room with 2400 square feet. 15'x15' stage, Capacity 106 standing/dancing and 75 seated. 90 folding chairs and three, five foot folding tables. Small attached kitchen.
Our Dance Studio has a large full wall mirror, stereo system with Ipod dock and wooden floors.

ALQUILANDO ESPACIOS EN EL ARTSCENTER
El salón West End de el ArtsCenter esta disponible para alquilar para sus eventos especiales. Es un cuarto de muchos usos con 2400 pies cuadrados. Tiene un escenario de 15 por 15 pies, tiene un capacidad para 106 personas bailando y 75 sentadas. Hay 90 sillas plegables y tres mesas de cinco pies plegables. Hay una pequeña cocina adyacente. Nosotros proveemos un Encargado (House Manager) por la duración de su evento, para que responda a cualquier pregunta y hay cientos de espacio de aparcamiento gratuitos justo en nuestra puerta.
