School Show Series
The ArtsCenter's School Show Series is specifically designed to enhance and supplement school curriculum through the arts. This series offers performances at The ArtsCenter during school hours that appeal to PreK-12th grade students.
How To Make a Reservation
Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Please contact Brooke Kesterson, the School Outreach & Performances Coordinator, at (919) 929-2787, ext. 214 or email her at ChildrensPrograms [at] ArtsCenterLive.org to make a reservation.
Admission
All tickets are $7, and one teacher is admitted FREE with every 10 paying students. Payment is due IN FULL three weeks prior to the date of the show. Seats are guaranteed only until the payment due date. Reservations not paid by the due date may be cancelled and given to groups on waiting lists. Limited partial scholarships may be available for shows. Pending availability, walk-up tickets may be purchased at shows.
Curriculum Connections
The ArtsCenter plans each program to supplement school curriculum and to enhance students’ arts and cultural education. Potential connections are included in each program description. Teachers will also receive a free study guide prior to the performance to help facilitate the incorporation of this arts experience into classroom activities.
